  • There's No Place Like Home

    Oh. My. Lord.
    Firstly my birthday is tomorrow! Secondly: 



    This past week has been hell, yet pretty much the 
    best thing ever. Last monday we started tech week 
    for Wizard of Oz, and i was there every night from 
    5:45 to 9:45. As tiring as it was they gave cast 
    Friday off of school since we had opening night that 
    night, and our last show was last night (how sad!)
    Anyway i think Wizard of Oz was one of the best 
    things i've ever done, it was really, really fun.
    Oh and the guy that pulled the curtain was a total
    hunk and all of the girls sat around and stared at
    him the whole time, and on friday there was a lot
    of shouting outside about how cute he was after the
    show and it turns out he was right in front of us.
    lmao... most embarrasing thing that has ever happened
    to me. anyway here are some pictures from the show.
    I'll have one of Josh later (i got a video of him
    pulling the curtain, too!! omg you should have seen 
    his muscles!!) I got a pretty flowers from my daddy 
    and the director, and my friends, and Mrs. Peterson, 
    who i know very well, painted one of the posters and 
    had the cast sign it for Jim(director/Tin Man duhhh) 
    and she made a few copies and gave one to me! How lucky! 
    But i still have to get Miss Shoup (music), Jim, and 
    Karen (Auntie Em) to sign so maybe once i do that and 
    get it framed I'll have a picture of that too. (sorry, 
    btw, i took all of the pictures from a backstage view)

  • Situations Are Irrelevant Now

    The temperature peaked at about 75 degrees here in Xenia
    before getting cool when it started to rain. Seeing as there are
    only about two months until summer vacation, and the weather
    appears to be permanently (and hopefully) nice I believe it's
    time for me to make my summer vows. If i'm lucky i can make
    this summer fun, unlike previous summers. However it is
    difficult for me because i don't know a lot of people, and not
    very many kids live near me.

    Summer Vow 1: Make a Fairy House

    Summer Vow 2: Lay in my yard and look at the stars and clouds

    Summer Vow 3: Get some friends together and spend a hot day
    having water balloon fights and listening to the radio outside.
    (unfortunately I don't have a sprinkler and Xenia's public pool
    isn't opening this summer to save money)

    Summer Vow 4: Get Caught In the rain

    Summer Vow 5: Wear shoes as little as possible

    Summer Vow 6: Spend no more than 2 hours a day on the
    computer, and only use them at night around midnight.

    Summer Vow 7: Figure out how to use a tent and sleep in the
    backyard

    Summer Vow 8: Have a teaparty with mud pies

    Summer Vow 9: Make a chalk mural

    Summer Vow 10: Finish A jigsaw puzzle

    Summer Vow 11: Use popsicle sticks to make a puppet show.
    Paste celebrities on for lots o' fun

    Summer Vow 12: Watch the best movies in a foreign language

    Summer Vow 13: Try to get to Kings Island, Best place in
    the world.

    Summer Vow 14: Plant a garden

    Summer Vow 15: Sit in the garage during a cool thunderstorm
    with a nice drink

    Summer Vow 16: Just hang out- walk around, ride my bike,
    explore my areas.

    Summer Vow 17: Take the camera everywhere, and get as much
    as possible

    Summer Vow 18: Vlog my summer adventures for youtube

    Summer Vow 19: Climb a tree and make it down without going to
    the hospital

    Summer Vow 20: Keep every bottle of water that i drink without
    by dad noticing

    Summer Vow 21: Make some food jewelry so i can be stylin and
    profilin!

    Summer Vow 22: Have a big sleepover where we stay up late in the
    living room watching as scary movie

    Summer Vow 23: Excersize to stay in shape...blehhhh

    Summer Vow 24: Stay outside as much as possible, even if it
    means being out and just sitting there

    Summer Vow 25: Keep in touch with friends-invite them over to hang

    Summer Vow 26: Do not eat while bored; lay off the junk son!

    Summer Vow 27: Find a way to go swimming

    Summer Vow 28: Write a novel

    Summer Vow 29: Don't be mad, go on walks so i can clear my
    head, if necessary

    Summer Vow 30: Have fun doing softball...wait... I do that anyway!

    Summer Vow 31: Make some innovative art

    Summer Vow 32: Read a book :D

    Summer Vow 33: See someone in concert, dunno who yet
